The 37th Convention of the Federation of European Carnival Cities taking place in Malta from the 15th to 22nd of May, 2017

Malta is hosting the 37th convention of the Federation of European Carnival Cities with 160 delegates expected to attend the convention, organised by the Valletta Local Council in full collaboration with the Malta Arts Council.
